1:1 COACHING

The Next Chapter Intensive

For the woman veteran ready to stop white-knuckling her transition.

You separated, and the world handed you a checklist. VA claim, resume, LinkedIn, "use your benefits." None of it told you who you are now, what your work is supposed to feel like, or how to build a life that isn't just the next deployment in civilian clothes.

The Next Chapter Intensive is six months of deeply personalized 1:1 work across the six pillars of the Success After Discharge framework: Fit, People, Space, Faith, Work, and Money. Bi-weekly sessions, structured between-session work, and real accountability from someone who's walked the 20-year road and now builds curriculum for a living.

You will leave with clarity on what your civilian life is for, and a plan you actually believe in.

GROUP COHORT

Success After Discharge Group Cohort

Transition, together. For women veterans who are done doing this alone.

Only 13% of women veterans are part of any peer group built for them. The result is a generation of women warriors carrying transition in silence, and a 54% rate of feeling unprepared to navigate the resources meant to help them.

Success After Discharge is the alternative: a structured 12-week cohort that combines evidence-based curriculum (built to ATD Capability Model standards), facilitated community, and live group coaching across the six pillars (Identity, Growth, Network, Influence, Transformation and Empowerment.

You'll move through the same framework other women in this room are working through, in the same week, with the same language. That's not a coincidence. That's the design.

Your business deserves a front door

82% of veteran-owned businesses are microbusinesses with fewer than 10 employees, and women veterans launch theirs with roughly half the capital of male peers. That means every dollar, every hour, and every tool has to earn its keep.

VetBuild Web Academy is a 90-minute live Zoom workshop (with required prework) that teaches women veteran entrepreneurs to build a professional, AI-integrated business website from start to finish. No coding. No five-figure agency invoices. Built to ATD Capability Model and Bloom's Taxonomy instructional standards, so participants don't just see a demo — they demonstrate competency.

SERIES·QUEER WOMEN VETERANS

Brave & Becoming: Reading & Reflection Series

Because no one builds a self after service alone, and queer women veterans have been asked to do it twice.

Queer women veterans sit at the intersection of three under-recognized identities: woman, veteran, queer. The data on what that costs is brutal. Higher rates of anxiety, depression, MST, and housing instability than their male veteran peers, with fewer affirming spaces and almost no peer programming built for them.

This facilitated reading and reflection series is grounded in the forthcoming book Brave & Becoming: A Self-Help Guide for Queer Women Veterans. Across nine empirically-grounded chapters, you'll work through frameworks drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Minority Stress Theory, somatic approaches, and the PERMA model of wellbeing. All with APA 7 citations. All made accessible. All made actionable.

This is not therapy. This is the work around the work — the reflection, the language, the community, that makes everything else possible.
